About Spanish Fort Self Storage

Spanish Fort Self Storage is a family-owned and operated storage facility at 31756 Buzbee Road in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Heidi and David — married 30 years — live on the property and manage the facility directly. No call centers. No corporate runaround. When you call, Heidi picks up. When she's busy gardening or at a church event, David's got it. Either way, you talk to the people who run the place.

What Makes Us Different

We live here. That's the difference.

The owners' residence sits between the storage buildings and the boat/RV lot. There is always someone on the property. Ring cameras are monitored from the house. If a tenant needs something at 7 in the morning or 7 at night, someone is here. That's not something the big chain facilities can say.

We try to remember every tenant by name. We're willing to discuss individual circumstances and help when we can. Every customer gets a tailored experience — not a ticket number.

And you might meet Maddie, our friendly white lab. She's a lover, not a guard dog.

All rentals are month-to-month with no deposit required. We accept credit card and ACH autopay. A lawn trailer is available for tenant use with a signed waiver. We're also actively getting quotes to bring water on-site for equipment and boat washoff.
